A Waupaca man will serve 21 months in jail and three years on probation for causing a fatal crash in Greenville 14 months ago. 21 year old Tanner K. Krusa entered guilty pleas to charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license causing death, and obstructing police. The complaint says Krusa’s vehicle crossed over the centerline of State Highway 96 just before 1 pm in late July 2017, striking an oncoming motorcycle driven by a 62 year old Appleton man. That man was killed in the collision. A blood draw showed Krusa had a blood-alcohol concentration of .074 percent, under the legal limit of .08. Along with the jail time, Krusa was ordered to perform 100 hours of community service, and pay over 12-thousand dollars in restitution.
