A New London man is free on a 15-hundred dollar signature bond following multiple charges in Waupaca County Court. 21 year old Dakota J. Kuhnke faces felony counts of burglary and 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety, plus a misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property. The complaint alleges an intoxicated Kuhnke used a chainsaw to attempt to cut through a door in New London last Thursday night, to illegally enter a home and beat someone up. The complaint says his intoxication level was .17 percent. If convicted, Kuhnke could face up to 25 years behind bars. He is due back in court January 8th.
