A Bear Creek man is being held on a 1000 dollar cash bond after being charged with two felonies in Waupaca County Court. 41 year old Andrew J. Lorge faces counts of possession of narcotic drugs and 4th offense operating while intoxicated. The criminal complaint says sheriff’s deputies were called Monday to the Town of Fremont for a vehicle swerving dangerously on U.S. Highway 10. They found Lorge out of his car, attempting to change a tire. The complaint alleges he admitted to using heroin and crack cocaine before driving, and officers allegedly found a baggie of heroin in his pocket. If convicted, Lorge could face up to 9 and a half years in prison. He is due back in court on Tuesday.
