An Ogdensburg man will serve time in the county jail on multiple convictions in Waupaca County Court. 23 year old Michael J. Lozier entered no contest to multiple counts of theft, and a felony narcotics charge. Lozier was ordered to serve 9 months in jail, consecutively, on each of two counts of theft, and was placed on probation for three years on the heroin charge. The drug was found in a targeted traffic stop last December, while the thefts were of money and other belongings from vehicles in the Towns of Waupaca and St. Lawrence last November. Along with the jail time, Lozier was also ordered to pay over 37-hundred dollars in restitution and fees.
