A Waupaca man is back in jail on a probation hold following drug charges in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 33 year old Ryan S. Lubinski faces a felony count of possession of methamphetamine, along with misdemeanor counts of possession of illegally obtained prescriptions and possession of a controlled substance, all as a repeat offender. Lubinski was convicted two months ago on a charge of maintaining a drug trafficking place. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and 3 years probation in that case. On the current charges, he could face up to 5 and a half years in prison if convicted. He is due back in court August 28th.
