A Clintonville man is being held on a 10-thousand dollar cash bond following multiple felony charges in Waupaca County Court. 34 year old Anthony L. Luckow is charged with burglary, possession of burglary tools, misappropriating I-D information, and take and drive a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, along with two misdemeanor counts of credit card fraud. All are charges as a party to a crime. The complaint alleges Luckow and another person broke into a Town of Union home between May 29th and June 19th, taking over 50-thousand dollars in property from the residence, including a vintage automobile. The complaint alleges the two stole over 45-hundred dollars in cash, plus guns, jewelry, and debit cards. Police allege Luckow later showed up on an ATM surveillance video using a stolen card. If convicted, he could face over 30 years behind bars. Luckow is due back in court July 30th.
