U.S. Postal authorities are investigating reports of missing mail from the Neenah-Menasha area. Officials say mail, starting last Tuesday, never made it to its destination. They believe it wound up in Milwaukee, but even that has not been confirmed. Residents say they’re receiving notices from companies that their checks have not been received, and late fees and penalties are being imposed. The USPS Corporate Communication Center in Illinois says they are aware of the issue, and are trying to figure out where the mail is.
