A Waupaca man is being held on a 5000 dollar cash bond following multiple drug charges in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 47 year old Orland O. Marotz, Jr., faces five felony counts, including maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of methamphetamine, and three counts of bail jumping. The criminal complaint says authorities executed a search warrant at Marotz’s Ware Street residence in Waupaca last Thursday. Officers allegedly found multiple gem bags of meth, including some hidden in a hole in a wall. The bail jumping counts stem from bond conditions on narcotics charges from a case in 2017. If convicted on the newest charges, he could face up to 24 years behind bars. Marotz, Jr., is due back in court next Wednesday.
