A Marshfield man will serve three years on probation on a felony forgery conviction in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 40 year old Timothy J. Boehnlein entered no contest pleas to forgery and violating a harassment restraining order, a misdemeanor. Boehnlein stole a check from a Town of Farmington resident in December 2018, and forged it for 248 dollars. He was ordered to serve 6 months in jail, but that portion of the sentence was imposed and stayed. The three years probation is to be served concurrently with Boehnlein’s extended supervision time, which will begin next July. He is currently serving a year in prison on a probation revocation from Outagamie County on a felony theft conviction.
