A Waupaca man will serve time in jail for a shooting incident in the Town of Lind earlier this year. 32 year old Jordan S. May pleaded no contest to a felony count of 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety. He shot another man in the foot during an altercation on the porch of a home this past March. Waupaca County Circuit Judge Ray Huber ordered May to serve two years in prison and three years on extended supervision, but that sentence was stayed. Instead, May was ordered to serve 6 months in jail and three years on probation. He was granted Huber privileges while serving the jail term.
