A New London man will serve time in prison in an overdose death case in Waupaca County Circuit court. 37 year old Matthew J. Mead was convicted of a first degree reckless homicide charge in the death of Sheila Behm in the Town of Farmington in March 2016. Mead supplied heroin to Behm on the day she died. Mead was sentenced to four years in prison and five years extended supervision following his release. He was also ordered to perform 100 hours of community service, specifically to talk with children on the dangers of illegal drug use.
