A Menasha man is free on a 2000 dollar signature bond following drug charges in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 21 year old Coron L. Mosley faces a felony count of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, along with misdemeanor counts of carrying a concealed weapon, possession of illegally obtained prescriptions, and possession of a controlled substance. The complaint alleges officers found 33 grams of marijuana, plus other pills, during a traffic stop in the Town of Weyauwega in late June, plus a 45-caliber handgun with two loaded magazines. The complaint also says Mosley had over 15-hundred dollars in cash on him, with another wad of 20-dollar bills in the trunk. If convicted, he could face up to 3 and a half years in prison.
