Two new drug cases have been charged out in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 32 year old Nicholas W. Schulke of Waupaca faces a felony count of possession of methamphetamine. The criminal complaint alleges police found meth in Schulke’s vehicle during a search early last week in Waupaca. If convicted, he could face up to 3 and a half years in prison. Schulke is free on a 2000 dollar signature bond, and is due back in court on the 23rd.
The other case involves 18 year old Tayveon A. Keaton of Milwaukee, who faces a count of possession of marijuana, with a repeater provision. The complaint alleges Keaton had marijuana in a vehicle stopped by Waupaca County officers in the Town of Weyauwega this past Wednesday. Keaton faces up to 2 years in prison if convicted. He was released on a 1000 dollar signature bond, and is also due back in court on the 23rd.
