Two women who went missing from their Town of Dale home in June have now filed for, and have been granted, a temporary restraining order against their husband and father, Kelly Rousseau. 55 year old Jill Rosseau and her 21 year old daughter Jordan went missing June 16th, and were located three days later in Madison. Their request for a temporary restraining order was granted Wednesday. A hearing to make the order permanent, for four years, is scheduled for July 24th. In court documents, the women allege Kelly Rousseau injured them using a taser-flashlight, causing injuries to their heads, arms, and back. The women said they believe they are in imminent danger of physical harm.
