A Scandinavia man charged with drug and bail jumping counts earlier this week is now being held in jail on a cash bond following several more charges. 24 year old Ronald K. Knapstein faces two felony and two misdemeanor bail jumping counts, along with two counts of theft, and a count of possession of methamphetamine. The complaint alleges Knapstein twice drove off from gas stations in Waupaca Tuesday without paying, and officers allegedly found meth in his coat pocket upon his arrest just after midnight Wednesday morning. If convicted on the latest charges, he could face up to 15 years in prison. Knapstein is being held on 5000 dollars cash bond, and is due back in court January 9th.
