Another man has been charged in connection to a drug search on Waupaca’s northeast side earlier this month. 24 year old Drayall S. Matenaer of Waupaca faces counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and neglecting a child. The complaint alleges a law enforcement search of his Ware Street residence turned up pot, along with a loaded handgun on a coffee table, within reach of a 2 year old child. If convicted, Matenaer could face up to 7 years in prison. He is free on a 25-hundred dollar signature bond.
In a separate case from another drug search at a different Ware Street residence, 38 year old Adam J. Delfosse is charged with maintaining a drug trafficking place, 2nd offense possession of marijuana, possession of illegally obtained prescriptions, bail jumping, and drug paraphernalia. The complaint alleges the Central Wisconsin Drug Task Force found marijuana and multiple pills and pill bottles in the residence this past Friday. If convicted, Delfosse could also face up to 7 years behind bars. He is free on a 2000 dollar signature bond, and is due back in court July 24th.
