A Waupaca man will make his initial appearance in court next month on drug delivery charges. 21 year old Clayton C. Mules faces four counts of delivery of cocaine, four counts of delivery of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and child neglect. The criminal complaint alleges Mules made multiple drug sales to a police confidential informant in Waupaca in August and September. The complaint says on at least one occasion a two year child was in the vehicle Mules used to make the alleged drug transactions. If convicted, he could face over 50 years in prison. Mules is due in court November 12th.
