Two separate criminal cases have been filed against a Waupaca man, charging him with burglary and felony bail jumping. 31 year old Sean P. Darling is scheduled to make an initial appearance in Waupaca County Court February 14th on those charges, along with misdemeanor theft counts as a repeat offender. One criminal complaint alleges Darling burglarized a garage in Waupaca in October, taking an air compressor and chainsaw. Those items were found by police at a Grand Chute pawn shop. The second criminal complaint alleges Darling took property from the home of an acquaintance in Waupaca in November. The bail jumping counts stem from bond conditions on a burglary charge from August. If convicted on the newest charges, Darling could face up to 18 years behind bars.
