The Hortonville Police Chief has had a 2nd complaint filed against him by the Hortonville Village Adminstrator and all of the department’s full time officers. Chief Michael Sullivan served a 2-week suspension in February for violating department policies last fall. According to Fox 11-TV, last week a complaint filed by the Wisconsin Professional Police Association accused Sullivan of continuing to violate employment law through coercive means. The new complaint this week accuses the chief of submitting a false affidavit to Hortonville’s police commission. The new complaint asks the commission to conduct hearings to determine whether Sullivan should be disciplined or terminated.
