Several new felony drug cases were charged out in Waupaca County Court this morning. 23 year old Christopher J. Hendricks of Waupaca faces two counts of delivery of cocaine. Hendricks is alleged to have sold cocaine twice in April to a police confidential informant in Waupaca. If convicted, Hendricks could face up to 20 years behind bars. He is due in court October 30th.
32 year old Timothy M. Gose of Oshkosh faces a charge of possession of methamphetamine– 2nd offense, as well as a count of misappropriating identity information. The criminal complaint alleges New London Police in August found meth in Gose’s car during a theft investigation. Gose is also alleged to have given the officers a false name. If convicted, he faces up to 9 years in prison. Gose is also due in court on October 30th.
47 year old Andrei C. Biesinger of Oshkosh is also charged with possession of meth. Biesinger was the pilot of small plane that crashed in the Town of Waupaca in late August. The criminal complaint alleges authorities found the meth inside a backpack that was found in the plane during the investigation into the crash. Biesinger could get up to 3 and a half years in prison if convicted. He makes his initial appearance in Waupaca County Court October 23rd.
