An Almond man will serve jail time on a felony drunk driving conviction in Waupaca County Court. 46 year old Ralph J. Noonan entered a no contest plea to his 5th drunk driving offense. He was stopped in the Town of Farmington in September 2015 driving with a blood-alcohol concentration of .131 percent. Noonan was ordered to serve 9 months in jail, to be served consecutively to a year-long jail term he is serving in Lincoln County on convictions of first degree recklessly endangering safety and fleeing police. Noonan was also placed on 3 years probation, lost his driving privileges for 3 years, and must install an ignition interlock device for 3 years.
