An Ogdensburg man will serve time in prison following sentencing in Waupaca County Court in a drug overdose case that resulted in a death. 40 year old Keith E. Amundson entered no contest pleas to charges of delivery of narcotics and possession of narcotics, with the top count of first degree reckless homicide dismissed, but read into the record for sentencing. Amundson sold heroin to 26 year old Shane Heuer of New London in October 2018. Heuer died after overdosing on the drug. Amundson was ordered to serve three years in prison, plus five years extended supervision following his release. He was given credit for 263 days already served.
