The Oshkosh North and Oshkosh West high schools are closed today following a threat phoned into the Waupaca County communications center. The call was made via 9-1-1, similar to a call received Wednesday by Waupaca County dispatchers. The schools remained open Wednesday, with extra police patrols outside the buildings. Administrators decided to close the schools today. Oshkosh North and West middle and elementary schools remain open today, but the students will be kept inside during recess time. Oshkosh police are investigating the source of the threats.
