An Oshkosh man is facing homicide charges from a car-train collision in Oshkosh last week that killed two women. 47 year old Shawn L. Schettle faces two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, two counts of hit and run resulting in death, and two counts of operating while suspended causing death. Authorities allege Schettle was intoxicated when the car he was driving collided with the train in downtown Oshkosh. 37 year old Emily Mueller and 43 year old Jessica Roby were killed in the crash. Police allege Schettle ran from the scene after the crash. He is being held on half a million dollars cash bond, and is due back in court next Thursday.
