One of the two men convicted in a Clintonville murder case will serve 30 years in prison. 25 year old Adam J. Ozuna was given that sentence by Waupaca County Judge Ray Huber Tuesday afternoon. Ozuna and 17 year old Zachary Hohn of Tigerton each pleaded no contest to first degree reckless homicide in the killing of Matthew Pagel last April. The two dumped his body just southeast of the city in a ditch. Judge Huber noted Ozuna’s past drug trafficking between Texas and Wisconsin when emphasizing the need to protect the public from Ozuna. The judge also placed Ozuna on 10 years extended supervision upon his release. Hohn will be sentenced in August.
