A Bear Creek man faces up to 60 years in prison after pleading no contest to 1st degree reckless homicide in a Clintonville murder case. 25 year old Adam J. Ozuna was then found guilty by Waupaca County Judge Ray Huber Monday afternoon in the death last April of Matthew Pagel of Clintonville. Pagel’s body was found in a ditch on Airport Road in the Town of Matteson beaten to death. Authorities say Ozuna and the 2nd defendent in the case, 17 year old Zachery Hohn of Tigerton, killed Pagel in what started as a drug deal. Ozuna will be sentenced May 30th. The case against Hohn is scheduled to go to trial in June.
