Two people from outside the area, including a Suring woman, are facing multiple drug charges in Shawano County Circuit Court, after numerous drugs were allegedly found inside the woman’s body. 20 year old Desiree Webster faces felony counts of possession of cocaine, meth, synthetic marijuana, and schedule 1 controlled substances, all with intent to deliver, as well as maintaining a drug trafficking place, and 8 counts of bail jumping. 39 year old Jaral McCollum of Milwaukee is charged with the same counts, excluding the bail jumping charges. The pair was arrested in late June following a traffic stop in Shawano. The complaint says a drug dog indicated the presence of drugs on the driver’s seat….. Webster had been driving. A corrections officer told police she believed Webster had drugs hidden in her vaginal cavity, and a CT scan at the Shawano Hospital showed something that resembled a plastic bag. Investigators say the bag contained smaller bags of cocaine, meth, ecstasy, marijuana, and synthetic marijuana. Webster and McCollum are both being held on 12-thousand dollar cash bonds, and are due back in court next week.
