A Weyauwega teenager is being held on a 5000 dollar cash bond following multiple charges in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 17 year old Jonathon S. Pomerenke, in two separate cases, faces two counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, plus counts of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. One complaint alleges Pomerenke caused a disturbance in Weyauwega last Tuesday, allegedly threatening to hit a homeowner with a vodka bottle. The other complaint alleges he ran from Waupaca police, who tried to apprehend him on a warrant in the downtown area around 3:30 Friday morning. The complaint says the officer captured Pomerenke after the officer drew his taser. The bail jumping counts stem from bond conditions on charges of physical abuse of a child and violating a restraining order from this past April. If convicted on the newest charges, he could face up to 12 years in prison.
