Four area residents are heading to prison following sentencing hearings in Waupaca County Circuit Court earlier this week. 22 year old Cole G. LaViolette of Clintonville will serve 3 years behind bars, and 5 years extended supervision for a sexual assault of a child conviction. LaViolette pleaded no contest to assaulting a 13 year old in the Town of Matteson in September of 2011. He must also register as a sex offender. 24 year old Dylan S. Nyman of Waupaca will serve 3 years in prison and 3 years extended supervision on convictions of burglary and possession of narcotic drugs. Both crimes were committed in the fall and early winter of 2015. Nyman was given credit for 267 days already served behind bars. 31 year old Jason P. Rohde of Waupaca will serve 18 months in prison and 6 months extended supervision following sentencing on a probation revocation. Rohde was given two years probation in February following a convictions of possession of narcotic drugs and drug paraphernalia. Court records indicate he failed to abide by rules of probation. And 27 year old Jennifer Bostone of Waupaca will spend 18 months behind bars, and 18 months extended supervision, also on a probation revocation. Bostone was placed on two years probation in January following a narcotics conviction. Court records say she also failed to abide by rules of her probation, and was sent to prison.
