Emergency personnel from Weyauwega were summoned to World Class Manufacturing just outside the city this morning for a partial roof collapse. Fire Chief Tom Cullen says the weight of the snow load caused a portion of the roof to come down about a foot. The building was evacuated, and will remain that way until snow can be removed, and roofing engineers get a chance to examine it. World Class Manufacturing has an 85-thousand square foot facility near the intersection of U.S. Highway 10 and County “F”. They employ just over 120 workers.
