A New London man is free on a 2000 dollar signature bond following a felony drunk driving charge in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 45 year old Michael J. Rosplock was arrested on his 5th operating while intoxicated in Weyauwega Thursday. The criminal complaint says police were called to the railroad tracks on the city’s north side for a disabled vehicle there. The complaint says Rosplock told authorities he had missed a turn. He also allegedly told authorities that an unnamed female was driving the vehicle. The complaint alleges Rosplock’s blood alcohol concentration was .251 percent. If convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison. As a requirement of his signature bond, Rosplock was placed on the county’s Soberlink program.
