A New London man will serve time in the county jail following sentencing on a felony drunk driving conviction. 46 year old Michael J. Rosplock earlier entered a no contest plea to a 5th operating while intoxicated charge. Rosplock was ordered to serve 3 years in prison and 3 years on extended supervision, but that sentence was imposed and stayed. Instead, he was ordered to serve a year in the county jail, and serve 3 years on probation. Rosplock also lost his driving privileges for 3 years, and must install an ignition interlock device for 3 years. He was arrested in Weyauwega this past April, driving with a blood-alcohol concentration of .251 percent.
