A criminal complaint and arrest warrant have been issued in Waupaca County for a Plainfield man in connection to a drug overdose this summer. 33 year old Thomas R. Sagami faces a felony count of delivery of heroin, along with two felony counts of bail jumping. The complaint alleges Sagami sold three bindles of heroin in Waupaca to another man that later overdosed on the drug in Portage County. The bail jumping counts stem from bond conditions on prior Portage County charges of maintaining a drug trafficking place, delivery of meth, felon in possession of a firearm, and bail jumping. If convicted on the Waupaca County charges, Sagami faces up to 24 years in prison.
