Two men have now been charged with drug crimes following a raid on a Waupaca home last week. 34 year old William J. Sanders of Waupaca faces felony counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of amphetamine with intent to deliver, and felon in possession of a fire arm. 32 year old Charles F. Besler the Fourth of Racine is charged with possession of amphetamine with intent to deliver, felon in possession of a firearm, and possession of illegally obtained prescriptions. Both are charged as repeat offenders. The complaint says officers from multiple jurisdictions, including the Waupaca County Swat Team, executed a drug warrant at Sander’s Center Street residence. The search allegedly turned up numerous quantities of packaged drugs, plus a loaded revolver. If convicted, both Besler and Sanders face over 25 years in prison. They both are being held on 5000 dollar cash bonds, and are due back in court next Tuesday.
