A Franksville, Wisconsin, man facing multiple felonies from around the state now faces felony charges in Waupaca County as well. 35 year old Richard S. Schaefer is charged with 4 felony counts of bail jumping, and a single count of possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop in Marion last Wednesday. The complaint says the officer pulled Schaefer over after seeing his vehicle cross the centerline and the fog line multiple times. The complaint alleges multiple items of heroin and crack cocaine paraphernalia were found in the car. If convicted, he could face up to 24 years in prison. He already is facing felony charges in Vilas, Dodge, and Racine Counties. Schaefer is being held on a 1000 dollar cash bond, and is due back in court tomorrow.
