A school administrator in central Wisconsin is facing a felony burglary charge in Marquette County Court. 44 year old Samuel Rugg also faces a count of theft, after allegedly entering the home of an acquaintance in September, allegedly taking the man’s hydrocodone pills. Rugg is an assistant principal and athletic director at Westfield High School, where he has submitted his resignation. The complaint says Rugg had been taking prescription pain medication following shoulder surgery. He faces up to 12 and a half years in prison if convicted. Rugg is due in court January 23rd.
