A Waupaca man will serve time in the county jail following sentencing on a felony drunk driving conviction. 51 year old Neil H. Schulke pleaded no contest to a 5th OWI, after being stopped in Scandinavia in September, driving with a blood alcohol concentration of .276 percent.
