A New London woman is due in court next month facing a felon drug charge. 19 year old Jozalyn E. Sieracki faces a count of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, along with a drug paraphernalia count. The criminal complaint says police executed a search warrant at her Wyman Street residence last Thursday, allegedly finding 44 grams of pot in three separate baggies. Other drug items were also allegedly found. If convicted, Sieracki could face up to 3 and a half years in prison. She is due in court February 20th.
In another new case, an criminal complaint and arrest warrant have been issued for 44 year old Bradley A. Bricco, who faces 3 felony forgery counts, and a count of theft. The complaint alleges Bricco stole checks from a relative last November, and allegedly forged them for over 1000 dollars at various businesses. If convicted. Bricco could face up to 18 years behind bars.
