An Ogdensburg man is due in court next month facing a felony bail jumping charge. 51 year old Vincent L. Sievers also faces misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and operating after revocation. The criminal complaint says Sievers was stopped by Waupaca Police in late February for allegedly driving on a revoked license, due to a 5th drunk driving conviction from Manitowoc County in 2015, for which he served a year in jail. The bail jumping counts stem from bond conditions on multiple cases in Waupaca and Portage County, cases that include charges of causing mental harm to a child, fleeing, and failure to install an ignition interlock device. If convicted on the latest charges, he could face up to 6 years in prison. Sievers is due in Waupaca County Court April 20th.
