SUHS KICKS OFFICER DURING STOP

A Waupaca man is being held on a 3000 dollar cash bond following a charge of battery to a law enforcement officer.  34 year old Timothy S. Suhs also faces misdemeanor counts of marijuana possession, resisting, and bail jumping.  The charges stem from a traffic stop in Weyauwega Monday, in which Suhs was allegedly being tested for intoxicated and drugged driving.  The complaint alleges he kicked a female officer in the knee multiple times.  The bail jumping count stems from a drunk driving charge in 2016.  If convicted, he could face up to 6 years in prison.  Suhs is due back in court this afternoon.
