A Clintonville woman is in jail on a 5000 dollar cash bond following a felony forgery charge in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 29 year old Jacqline D. Swenson also faces a felony bail jumping count. The criminal complaint alleges Swenson tried to pass counterfeit money at a New London fast-food restaurant Monday night. The bail jumping count stems from bond conditions on charges of I-D theft and fraud against a financial institution from earlier this year. If convicted, she could face up to a dozen years in prison. Swenson is due back in court next Tuesday.
