A Waupaca man is free on a 5000 dollar signature bond following charges of trying to sell drugs. 28 year old Andrew L. Tessen faces felony counts of possession of amphetimine with intent to deliver and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. Tessen also faces a misdemeanor bail jumping count. The criminal complaint says Tessen was arrested during a traffic stop in Weyauwega last Thursday, in which officers allegedly found the drugs, and a large amount of cash. The complaint alleges Tessen told an officer he was in Weyauwega to sell the drugs to some of his facebook friends. If convicted, he could face up to 15 years in prison. Tessen is due back in court tomorrow.
