Three area men are facing felony bail jumping charges in separate cases in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 29 year old John R. Bush of Appleton is being held on a 15-hundred dollar cash bond after allegedly violating bond conditions on August charges of strangulation and suffocation, false imprisonment, and battery. Bush was also under a “no contact” order, and allegedly violated that order Saturday in New London. Bush is due back in court next Tuesday.
21 year old Anthony J. Anunson of Manawa is being held on a 500 dollar cash bond, after he allegedly had contact via electronic messages with a 16 year old girl over the weekend. Anunson was under a no contact order due to charges that include child enticement from last week. He is also due back in court next Tuesday.
50 year old Vincent L. Sievers of Ogdensburg faces felony and misdemeanor bail jumping counts after being found allegedly intoxicated Saturday. In September Sievers was charged with causing mental harm to a child, disorderly conduct, and criminal damage to property, and maintaining absolute sobriety was a condition of bond on those charges. Sievers was released on a 2000 dollar signature bond, and due back in court October 22nd. He, Anunson, and Bush all face up to 6 years in prison if convicted.
