A New London man will serve time in the county jail following sentencing on a felony drunk driving conviction in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 41 year old Scott D. Timm entered a no contest plea to 4th offense operating while intoxicated, with two other counts dismissed in the plea agreement. Timm was stopped in New London this past May, driving with a .243 percent blood-alcohol concentration. He was sentenced Monday to serve 6 months in the county jail, plus 18 months on probation. Timm also lost his driving privileges for three years, must install an ignition interlock device for three years, and was ordered to pay 42-hundred dollars in fines and costs.
