A Clintonville man will make his initial appearance in Waupaca County Court March 5th on multiple charges. 34 year old Michael S. Tody faces a felony count of 2nd offense possession of marijuana, plus misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia, bail jumping, operating while revoked, and failure to install an ignition interlock device. The complaint says Tody was pulled over by Marion Police last Thursday, with the officer allegedly finding marijuana in the vehicle. The complaint says Tody was supposed to have installed an ignition interlock device due to a prior drunk driving conviction. If convicted, he could face up to 3 and a half years behind bars.
