Two New London residents are facing charges in Waupaca County Circuit Court related to a drug search last week. 44 year old Glenda S. Walstrom faces felony counts of delivery of marijuana to a minor and possession of marijuana, along with misdemeanor counts of contribute to the delinquency of a minor, child neglect, and drug paraphernalia. 39 year old Mitchell R. Tischauser faces a felony count of 2nd offense marijuana possession, and a misdemeanor paraphernalia count, both as a party to a crime. The complaint says authorities were notified by postal employees of a package that smelled like marijuana. The package was allegedly being sent by Walstrom to a relative under the age of 18. Authorities then served a search warrant at the residence shared by Walstrom and Tischauser in the Town of Lebanon, allegedly finding 300 grams of pot in various containers. If convicted, Walstrom faces up to 11 years in prison, while Tischauser could face 3 and a half years. Walstrom was ordered held on a 15-hundred dollar cash bond, and is due back in court January 15th. Tischauser makes his initial appearance on January 8th.
