Two area men are facing drug charges in separate cases in Waupaca County Court. 32 year old Sean P. Darling has been charged with possession of amphetamines with intent to deliver, along with a felony bail jumping count. The complaint alleges Waupaca police found over 5 grams of methamphetamine in Darling’s possession when they arrested him earlier this month on a probation violation. If convicted, he could face up to 21 years in prison. Darling is being held in jail, and makes his initial court appearance August 15th. Also due in court on the 15th is Amie L. Sanderfoot of Clintonville, who is charged with a single count of possession of methamphetamine. The complaint alleges authorities found the drug at her Clintonville residence in late May. If convicted, Sanderfoot could face up to 3 and a half years behind bars.
