Two area men are facing multiple burglary charges in connection with break-ins in Embarrass this winter. 22 year old Brandon D. Ehlke of Weyauwega and 29 year old Nathan L. Kobs of Clintonville each face 3 counts of burglary and three counts of theft, for allegedly breaking into workshops and a auto shop in Embarrass in February, stealing multiple shotguns, tools, fishing gear, and other items. The charges against Ehlke contain an enhancer of repeat offender. He was convicted of burglary in Shawano County in 2016. If convicted on the current charges, both Ehlke and Kobs could face over 30 years behind bars. Ehlke is in custody, while an arrest warrant has been issued for Kobs.
