Two Ogdensburg residents have been criminally charged with a theft spree from last fall. 22 year old Michael J. Lozier and 19 year old Julia A. Slattery each face a single count of felony theft and 4 counts of misdemeanor theft, for allegedly breaking into vehicles in the Towns of Waupaca and St. Lawrence between September and November of last year. The two allegedly stole over 2000 dollars, hitting one rural residence in the Town of Waupaca twice after finding a large amount of money inside a car the first time. In a separate case, both Lozier and Slattery are charged with possession of narcotic drugs, after allegedly being stopped with heroin in their vehicle in December. Both face up to 7 years in prison if convicted, and both are due in Waupaca County Court March 21st.
