A Stevens Point man and a Waupaca woman are in jail following multiple charges in Waupaca County Court, including threats to a law enforcement officer. 31 year old Christopher L. Dominick and 20 year old Brianna R. Vandyke each face 16 felony counts of bail jumping, with Vandyke’s bail jumping counts charged out as a party to a crime. Both also face a single count of threatening law enforcement, while Dominick also faces a count of intimidating a witness, and Vandyke faces a charge of making terrorist threats. The complaint alleges the two communicated by phone on numerous occasions between May and July, while Dominick was an inmate in the jail. The complaint alleges Dominick threatened to drive a truck with bomb-type materials into the county courthouse, and allegedly threatened to injure a specific sheriff’s deputy, and Vandyke. Dominick was arrested in April for felon in possession of a firearm, in a vehicle driven by Vandyke. Both face up to 100 years in prison if convicted, and both are being held on 25-thousand dollar cash bonds. They are due back in court next Tuesday.
